Blow molding

There are two methods for blow molding, manual and mechanical. In manual molding, a hand-held blowpipe takes the material out of the crucible or furnace outlet, and then blows it into the shape of an iron or wooden mold. Smooth round products are blown by the rotary blow molding method, and products with uneven patterns or non-circular shapes are blown by the static blow molding method. First choose colorless materials to blow into small bubbles, and then use small bubbles to pick up colored or opaque materials and blow them into a device shape called nest blowing. The colored fusible particles are immersed into the opaque sleeve, and the natural melting of various colors can be blown into the natural scenery appliance, and the strip-shaped opaque particles on the color material can be blown into the wire drawing appliance. Mechanical molding is used for blow molding a large number of products. After receiving the material, the blower automatically closes the cast iron mold and blows it into the container. After removing the lid opening, the container becomes a container. Pressure blow molding can also be used. First, clean the material into small bubbles (embryo-like), and then continue to blow into the equipment. It has higher efficiency and better quality than just blowing machine.
