(1) Cracks are common defects in glass bottles. It is likely to be very fine, some of which can only be detected in refracted light. Corks, necks, and shoulders are common, and cracks often appear on the body and bottom of bottles. (2) Uneven thickness This also means that the glass on the glass bottle is uneven. The temperature of the glass drops is uneven, the viscosity of the continuously high-temperature part is small, and it is easy to blow thin; The ultra-low temperature part has large friction resistance and large thickness. Mold temperature is not symmetrical, continuous high-temperature glass cooling slow, very easy to blow thin, low temperature, glass cooling fast, blow thick.
(3) The temperature and efficiency temperature of the deformation material drop is too high, and the Aquarius that has not come out of the forming die often collapses. Sometimes the bottom end of the Aquarius is still soft, which will leave scratches on the conveyor belt, making the bottom end uneven.
(4) Insufficient material drops (too low temperature or low temperature of the solid model will make part of the shoulder and other parts blow insufficient material drops, resulting in vacancies, deflated shoulders, unclear lines, and other shortcomings.
(5) Cold spots Spots on the surface of the glass that are not smooth are called cold spots. The primary factor of such defects is that the solid model temperature is too cold, and the key occurs when the production is gradually manufactured or terminated.
(6) Protrusion glass bottle seam line protrusion or mouth edge protrusion. The reason for this phenomenon is that the solid model parts are made wrong or assembled improperly. The solid model is damaged, the surface of the joint is stained, the top core is raised too late, the glass material falls into the initial mold, and some of the glass will be pressed out or blown out from the gap.
(7) Shortcomings of the stitching line
Seam line crack (burst seam line): vertical crack in the mold seam line. Its appearance is different from the hot mold crack.
The initial mold seam is not good: the iron bowl line of the bottle body protrudes and is sharp. After forming, the initial die line dent.
Shape seam raw edge: In the shape of the joint to take off the spike, and the original mold line appearance reverse.
Forming through seam: The two parts of the forming die do not fit well with each other, and the sewing line is from top to bottom. One high and the other low.
Dull head wire too deep: glass into the original mold shell and dull head pull seam, resulting in a very obvious jagged seam. The estimate found a significant dent in the dull headline.
Dull head (broken headline) : produces a jagged dull headline where the dull head meets the iron bowl.
Bottle stopper/first die seam rough edge: the hole meets the iron bowl and is uneven, resulting in protrudes steps, or jagged stitches.
