One: the choice of pallet quality
If it is a wooden pallet, it is best to use a pine pallet instead of a poplar pallet. If you use a plastic pallet, try to choose a pallet that is thicker and has no damage.
Two: the choice of tray paper
The pallet paper is preferably kraft paper. If there is no kraft paper, it should be a reinforced type. At least after the four corners of the pallet paper are sewn into a carton, lift the carton with both hands. If it is deformed or even unable to hold it, then the material of such tray paper is too poor, and it is best not to use it; if it is used reluctantly, it is better to put a glass bottle with a large mouth. As soon as the strap is tightened, it is possible that the small mouth of the glass bottle can penetrate the tray paper, and it will be too late to regret it.
Three: Stretch film
If we find that the pallet is a little crooked before loading the truck, the fastest solution is to quickly wrap a few more wraps with wrapping film, and preferably machine wrapping wrapping film; after wrapping it, it is pulled thousands of miles away, and it is still intact when unloading , this is the credit of the wrapping film; so when using pallet packaging, it is best to wrap a few more times. Remember: it is best to use a professional machine wrapping film! Because the machine is powerful and evenly sustained.

Four: tray cover
The function is to prevent the entry of rainwater and short-term sun exposure; once water enters the tray and the tray paper is wet and scattered, the entire tray will be in danger of being overturned; so the cover must be used, and try to use a thicker one;
Five: tray height
Some glass bottle products are large at the top and small at the bottom or small at the middle and two ends, which results in too much space between the bottles, and the support is not neat, and the support is easy to be crooked. It's a lot of trouble, so such glass bottle products can only be used for low support, and the height is preferably below 1.3 meters;
