1. Capacity
Weigh the empty bottle with a weighing instrument with a sense of 1g, and then fill it with water at room temperature to weigh. The difference between the secondary masses is the capacity value.
2. Size
2.1 Outer diameter of bottle
Measure the middle of the bottle with a caliper and gauge, and any angle on the same level should meet the requirements.
2.2 Vertical axis deviation
According to the provisions of GB 8452.
2.3 bottle height
Use a height ruler or height measuring device to measure.
2.4 Thickness of bottle wall and bottom
Measured with a thickness gauge.
2.5 Wall thickness ratio of the same bottle
Use a thickness gauge to measure on the same level as the bottle body.
2.6 The thickness ratio of the bottom of the same bottle
The ratio of the thinnest point to the thickest point is measured on the same bottle bottom with a thickness gauge.
2.7 Bottle mouth and bottleneck
Measure with a special pass-through gauge or caliper, and the insertion depth of the bottle neck gauge is not less than 35mm.
3. Appearance quality
Check visually, and measure with a 10× scale magnifying glass if necessary.
