Glass bottle manufacturers propose to use the following methods:
1. The former solution. The solution section of the glass bottle before painting includes pre-stripping, main stripping, how to adjust the electronic watch, etc. If it is in the northern region, the temperature of the main stripping part can not be too low, and it must be insulated. Otherwise, it is not ideal to solve the actual effect.
2. Heating section. After the first solution, it is also necessary to enter the heating section, generally 8 to 10 minutes, and the glass bottle is better to make the sprayed workpiece have a certain amount of waste heat recovery when arriving at the powder chamber, in order to improve the powder-like adhesion.
3. Glass bottle ash purification treatment section. If the process technical standard of the sprayed workpiece is very high, this section is indispensable, otherwise, if there is a lot of dust attached to the workpiece, there will be a lot of particles on the surface of the workpiece after production and processing, so that the quality is reduced.
4. Powder spraying section. The most important part of this paragraph is the technical problems of the master powder, in order to create high quality, pay for a good technical master or very cost-effective.
5. Drying treatment section. The section to pay attention to is the temperature and baking time, the powder is generally 180 to 200 degrees appropriate, and the actual need to see the material of the workpiece. There is also dryer equipment from the powder room which is not suitable for very far, generally, 6 meters is good.
