Bubble scratches appear on the bottle body after production molding

Sep 22, 2022

After the liquor bottle is produced and formed, sometimes there will be a lot of wrinkled skin, bubble scratches, etc. on the bottle body, which are mostly caused by the following reasons:

• When the glass blank falls into the preliminary mold, it cannot accurately enter the preliminary mold, and the friction with the mold wall is too large to form creases.

• The scissors marks of the upper feeder are too large, and the scissors scars appear on the bottle body after individual bottles are formed.

• The quality of the initial mold and molding of the liquor bottle is poor, the density is not enough, and the oxidation is too fast after high temperature, forming small pits on the surface of the mold, resulting in an unsmooth surface of the liquor bottle after molding.

• Poor quality of mold oil for liquor bottles will result in insufficient mold lubrication, reduced material dripping speed, and rapid material change.

• The design of the initial mold is unreasonable, the mold cavity is large or small, and after the gob enters the molding mold, it is blown up and spreads unevenly, which will cause spots on the liquor bottle body. Uneven dripping speed of the machine and improper adjustment of the air nozzle will make the initial mold and molding temperature of the liquor bottle uncoordinated, and it is easy to create cold spots on the bottle body of the liquor bottle, which directly affects the finish.

• The glass feed liquid in the kiln is not clean or the temperature of the material is uneven, which will also cause bubbles, • small particles and small hemp billets in the output liquor bottle.

• If the machine speed is too fast or too slow, the glass bottle body will be uneven, the thickness of the bottle wall will be different, resulting in mottled.
