(1) Bottle feeding failure: At this time, the push rod is driven back by the return device. If the retracting distance is not enough, you can use the button of the operation box to make it further back, remove the glass, and turn the knob to reset the bottle feeding safety clutch. The red light is off and can be restarted.
(2) Bottle discharge failure: remove the glass sheet or blocked bottle or debris, turn the knob to reset the bottle discharge safety clutch, the red light is off, and the machine can be restarted.
(3) Bottom blowing failure of glass wine bottle: power outage, repaired by electrical personnel.
(4) Too many broken bottles: increase the temperature of the bottle before entering the bottle; adjust the temperature of the liquid in each tank to reduce the temperature difference; ensure the quality of the glass wine bottle; check the place where the blockage may occur and eliminate it.
(5) Difficulty in heating up: open the bypass valve of the steam trap to remove the condensed water; improve the insulation layer of the steam pipeline; remove the scale regularly
(6) Unclean glass wine bottles: increase the temperature of the washing liquid; add caustic soda; improve the formula of the washing liquid; clear the nozzle; do not let the bottles containing difficult-to-clean substances enter the machine.
(7) The injection pressure drops: Check the relevant water pump and relevant liquid level respectively, and clean the filter.
(9) The bottle feeding device does not move: replace the cam; replace the bottle unscrambling board.
(10) The bottle feeding is not in place: correct the bottle pushing finger or replace the bottle pushing finger; the bottle feeding is completed when the bottle feeding track is lowered to the low point; the bottle feeding process is completed in the bottle box.
(11) The bottle feeding clutch slips: compress the butterfly spring or replace it; replace the pressure plate and fasten the compression screw.
