The production process of liquor glass bottle

Aug 17, 2022

As we all know, the liquor glass bottle occupies an important position in the liquor packaging market, and it plays a very important role in the quality of liquor. The longer the liquor is, the higher the value, but the premise must have a good container. Liquor glass bottles are sealed and light-transmitting and can store products that are highly sensitive to humidity for a long time. Therefore, in order to have a good storage effect, there must be a container of standard quality, so let's take a look at the production process of liquor glass bottles today. What?

First of all, it is necessary to design and manufacture the mold. The glass raw material uses quartz sand as the main raw material, and other auxiliary materials are melted into a liquid state at high temperature, and then injected into the mold, cooled, cut, and tempered to form a liquor glass bottle. Glass bottles generally have rigid signs, which are also made from mold shapes. The molding of glass bottles can be divided into three types: manual blowing, mechanical blowing and extrusion molding according to the production method.

The production process of liquor glass bottles mainly includes:

1. Raw material preprocessing. The bulk raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) are crushed, the wet raw materials are dried, and the iron-containing raw materials are subjected to iron removal treatment to ensure the quality of the glass.

2. Preparation of ingredients.

3. Melting. The glass batch is heated at a high temperature (1550~1600 degrees) in a pool kiln or pool furnace to form a uniform, bubble-free liquid glass that meets the molding requirements.

4. Forming. Put the liquid glass into the mold to make glass products of the required shape, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc.

5. Heat treatment. Through annealing, quenching and other processes, the stress, phase separation or crystallization inside the glass is eliminated or generated, and the structural state of the glass is changed.
